Jack Pot Hunters http://www.jackpothunters.com/
by admin on Jul.30, 2009, under Forums, Review sites
Jack Post Hunters is not a bad site but not great either. The first thing I noticed was that the ‘Online Casino News’ thread hadn’t been updated in over a month which is a pretty dire effort. However in the sites favour the variety of gambling subject matter is excellent, not only discussing tips and tricks for card games like poker and blackjack, but also several threads on sports betting too.
As additional resources go there isn’t much to be honest, no obvious newsletter or relevant links list. There are a few good threads with updated information on the latest tournaments taking place for both high rollers as well as the more cautious and frugal players.
Disappointing too that there were no posts in the actual Jack Pot Hunters zone of the forum, considering this is the name of the site you’d expect a little more action.
Casino Advisor http://www.casinoadvisor.com/
by admin on Jul.27, 2009, under Forums, Review sites
Casino Advisor describes itself as “the largest online casino guide” and although this would be hard to measure, Casino Advisor does indeed have a lot of useful content and is successful as an aggregator.
There is a wealth of information on other sites, blogs and forums and organises this data into accessible bite size sections such as ‘Casino Forum Watch’ where you can keep abreast of the latest trends and gossip from the betting world’s most recognised forums. Or swat up on the all important facts and figures using the ‘great bonuses’ section that quotes numbers of the casinos currently offering the best bonuses.
Definitely a worth while resource to check out for all the betting heads.
Never Fold Review- http://www.neverfold.net
by admin on Jun.10, 2009, under Forums
Never Fold is a poker forum with about 500 members. Its small but has some active members and discussions so if you post a serious poker question there you stand a pretty good chance of getting a response of some sort unlike some of the big poker forums where many questions remain unanswered.
The site is ad free whic ph is cool and it uses some familar software so its easy to join and post.
The only issue you might have with this forum is the lack of activity but if you want to discuss poker with a friendly bunch of players with mixed levels of experience its worth a look.
http://www.casinomeister.com - Casino Meister
by admin on May.26, 2009, under Forums
Casino Meister is one of the most well read and reputable casino communities about. Its rogue casino gallery is probably its most useful resource, they monitor activity and feedback from members and keep the rogue casino’s updated with casino’s which are found to be scamming players or aren’t properly regulated.
Their newsletters are also valuable resources for anyone in the industry or for players looking for bonus news. The site appears to be largely US orientated and they have a useful flag system for identifying US player friendly casinos.
The site also has an admirable anti-spam policy and come down hard on marketers posing as players in their forums.
Winneronline.com - World’s most popular online casino guide?
by admin on May.19, 2009, under Forums
We’re not sure about that but winneronline.com is a pretty well subscribed online casino forum. Not a lot of nasty ads and doesn’t seem to heavy on the spam stakes.
The most active discussions on winneronline.com seem to revolve around casino reviews and experiences with tips from members about casino’s to avoid and up to date bonuses. This type of discussion invariably attracts some spoofing so be warned but the volume of posting in this community means you should be able to sieve through and get some useful advice.
From the looks of the members list theres 3000+ members on this casino forum. Well worth a look.
